Will's Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Doug Wills, a long-standing Tuscarawas County Ag Society member and a leader in our community. The scholarship will aid Tuscarawas County Junior Fair exhibitors in continuing their efforts to obtain a Certificate, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree or purchase materials to establish themselves in a trade.
